I'm all for cutting Eddie and keeping Meredith and Bellamy. Eddie had his time and like alot us agree on, we have to eventually got our young guys in. I also like the fact that Meredith was a QB in College and god forbid we have the unfortune event of both QB's going down well we have a back up to the back up LOL
He could do it as good as David, probably Brian too

Guys, they aren't going to cut Royal if he's currently healthy. He has $5m or so guaranteed this year. They are going to try to get some delayed return on that investment after a disappointing year last season. He was held out last night and that tells you all you need to know--he's in.

If the current management would keep one player over another solely because they have to pay the first one more rather than on performance and/or potential, we have poor management.

That would seem to be the case. His concussion was unfortunate for a couple or reasons. One we really couldn't use him at all in the preseason to evaluate where he is as a player, and Two no one else could either which virtually eliminated his trade value.
Admittedly they have some tough decisions to make as far as who to keep and who to cut and try to get through waivers and onto the PS. Maybe by letting Quizz go and keeping just three RBs they can afford to keep one more WR because Meredith is showing up strong and I don't think they'll want to lose Braverman with this likely being the end for Royal this year.
