I am just noting this here to show Cutler would be an expensive backup if a team traded that route. I've already looked over the teams and don't see a for sure starting job/landing spot for him. Obviously the offseason is long, but the contract is only favorable if you want him as a starter.
That is true. But I do see some teams with really shitty QBs or going to have some new QBs but are smart enough to want a vet starter in front for a year.

The biggest problem I see here is Ryan Tannehill's contract. With a 20.3M cap number in 2017 and 10.4M in dead money if cut preJune1st.. how much money are you investing into the QB position? Matt Moore is still under contract next season at 2.15M. The Fins are middle of the pack as far as cap space.
