As much as I liked Cutler, he and Hoyer can team to teach by opposite example. kind of a 'do what I say not what I do' teacher. Let Cutler take the first snap of every session when they practice plays, and then after he throws the pick he can turn to Falk (just kidding) and say "See what I did there? Don't do that." And then Hoyer can take the next snap and afterwards say " See how I took the check-down instead of throwing long to Meredith who had a step on Callahan? Don't do that." Then give Mahones (again, just kidding) the rest of the snaps.
