Bears @ Commanders Game Thread. Enough bye week stuff.

I am not sure what Packers fans you are exposed to, but I am exposed to a massive sample size. And myself being one since birth(over 50 years) I feel I have very educated knowledge on this subject.

I think SOME Bears fans think what THEY think about the Packers and their fans, is the same as what Packers fans think of them. Packers fans ALWAYS want the whole NFC North as strong as possible. We want the rivalry with the Bears to be what it was in the days of Lambeau, Lombardi and Halas. The Packers and their fans want to face all teams at their best, and at full strength. We fear no one, but respect everyone. We hope no Bears player gets injured or become a "bust."

I am exposed to many Bears fans and have ALWAYS got along splendidly with all of them.

The reason "Jax and Carolina fans don't stop in here to talk ball" is because they are not in the NFC North nor have the longest rivalry in the history of the NFL with said team.

Yes, the Packers and their fans want to beat the living crap out of the Bears when they are on the same field, but don't pray the Bears "lose every single game with other opponents badly."

On the field is different than off the field. If you hate Packers fans, more power to you. But don't judge Packers fans off your singular feelings of them.

Green Bay is a shit hole shanty town of a little over 100K people. If the league were formed today you wouldn't even have a team.

There are eight towns Illinois with that population and most states have a similar situation.

But instead of get this nauseating nostalgia whenever you people are on TV like it's 1950 all over again.

Oh yeah. Nobody is impressed with you SHAREHOLDERS (LOL). You big swingers with the shares of a team where you go and shovel snow.

I say this to you very respectfully sir.

I cannot stand the Packers and I cannot stand their fans.

If I had my way I would force them to move the team and turn that place into a ghost town.

I get it.  I have friends and family who are Bears fans and some have been Packers fans.  They're all good people who enjoy football.  LOL, one of my children went through a phase where she was a Packers fan (she had a poster of Brett Favre on her bedroom wall)  and I thought we were gonna have to do a family intervention   but she outgrew that phase and is all grown up and now a Bears fan again.  

As Bears fans we need for the team to begin winning - and winning the Packers/Bears matchups.  Hopefully we begin to see the tide turn back in the Bears favor this year.  It has been a long dry spell for sure.
