Mahomes poor performance shows you why you need WRs

His WR1 is out and that's definitely hurt Mahomes.  He has not had a Mahomes level season so far at all, and has thrown 8 ints this year already.  But on the other hand the team is unbeaten at 6-0 - and Mahomes is still passing at a nearly 70% completion rate (well into the top-10 in the NFL).  I think that is a good example of a team that is built to be successful and resilient.  And it is an example for fans, that QB's are going to struggle at times, even the best.  You don't necessarily need to "fire everyone"  and cut players when this happens.  When our rookie QB1 struggles this season in some games (and he will) it doesn't he is a bad quarterback.  Here is what Mahomes had to say yesterday:
