I didn’t ask to born here, in Chicago.
I didn’t ask to be marooned here, like Kahn, on Seti Alpha 5 with nothing to entertain me.
If God had asked me, “Marshall, I am going to birth you into this world and you are going to be a lifelong NFL fan. Where do you want to be?”
I probably would’ve answered Pittsburgh. Great American city. Great ownership. Winning. Great fanbase.
But no. I’m in Chicago and instead I get a lifetime of the McCaskeys, Dave Wannstedt, a 35 year revolving door at QB and that damn Double Doink.
