New Information Arrives In Rumored John Fox and Vic Fangio R

If you follow what Mullin wrote there is no "rift".  It's more of a frustration that despite a pretty gargantuan effort on his part and that of his staff to put a decent defense on the field it's not getting them any closer to winning right now.  At least that appears to be a more accurate interpretation than the previous report that it's caused by philosophical differences about how the D is being run.

If you prefer more accurate info to simple "click bait" stuff then Moon Mullin will usually provide that if you take the time to follow him.

No doubt injuries have slowed progress on both sides of the ball but whereas the defense seems to at least be building off a workable scheme that once healthy and a few more key positions are filled should succeed big the offense is still a hot mess with no clear decision made about who will lead is at QB and/or OC.  It's clear that losing Gase and Cutler are a much bigger loss than anyone anticipated and in the end someone has to answer for that and fix it.

Can Fox do that?  I don't feel he can.
