A coach is not graded on his record alone, except in your mind. There are other factors to consider.
Edit: Also, before I understood that Flus could possibly have some value as a head coach, and even though the jury is STILL OUT on that, I was the guy who used this photo as an avatar for a while..
So no, I don't like bad coaches - except when they're on the peckers. I just understand the mitigating circumstances of Flus' current record.
