Tevin Jenkins injured during stretching exercises today.

I don't understand why we didn't sign him. But he may not have wanted to come here. Any good Ol here has to cover 3 positions since the two next to him are always injured.

Stellar idea.  Back in the day, was it Rusty Jones?  I just remember the Bears hired a guy named Rusty back in the day when they were going through a similar situation and were getting completely banged up in preseason and during the year, and I swear it was one of the best personnel hires the Bears ever made, as the injury situation went from one extreme to the other, and the Bears teams ended up being one of the healthiest in the league for the next decade - there were years where they were more competitive against far more talented teams late in the year, simply by not being banged up.
