With his ACL surgery about 6 or 7 weeks ago and his off the field baggage I don't expect him to go very high in the draft, if he is drafted at all.
The Senior Bowl is about a month away so I expect that Kelly will miss any of the post season all star games because of his knee. Kelly will only have the combine (assuming he gets an invite).
A recent snapchat pic just hit twitter about him being in a room where others were allegedly smoking pot. I've read some analysis of the picture that indicates that there is not any specific activity in the photo that is drug use. But with his history, the damage may already be done.
My guess at this point he would be lucky to be drafted in the 5th round.
Nothing specific? I don't think that baggie on the table is full of basil leaves and oregano for a pasta sauce and the fella that hiding behind that milk jug sure has his attention focused on an activity that looks suspiciously like rolling a joint.
Now as far as I'm concerned none of that should matter but in the NFL it does so the net effect is that it will have an impact one where he's drafted along with a few other matters. I do like the idea of a kid whose been raised to be an NFL QB though. It guarantees nothing but if you're looking at prospects late on day two or day three maybe it makes a difference.

+1 You don't spend a 1st round pick on guys like this, obviously. But if a guy would drop a few rounds, then what the heck, take a flyer on the guy. You see Belechick do this kind of thing with players all the time. Some work out. Some don't. But it's low risk and high reward.
If you never drafted a guy because he smoked a joint or got into a fight off the field, I'd imagine you wouldn't have much of a team.

To me it's not even so much about the weed...I don't really care about that. It's about the decision making...knowing your rep you have to make sure no dumb ass takes a picture of you doing illegal shit. I would have pulled a Sonny Corleone on that kids freakin phone.
Not sure why anyone would want a qb that cannot make good decisions. If he cannot make decisions off the field, I doubt he'll ever be able to make them on the field. I think a 3rd would be to high.
A little high and mighty there. All I'll say about this is a lot of heroes and some HOF players in my time are happy as hell there was no internet

Maybe, but Johnny Football is screaming through my mind, super rich kid wants to play qb w/a ton of bad decisions on and off the field.
And here's the problem, when you were playing it there was no internet, and the media(if they liked you) would try and down play the stupidity. But this kid has grown up around it, he knows there are phones w/cameras and videos and internet access all around him and he still acts stupid and he's also fully aware that the media isn't trying to downplay anything.
If he was a DE or OT or RB fine whatever, but as a QB? The face of the franchise? Ya I'll pass; and I'm betting 32 other teams do for at least 3 rounds.
