not sure i believe it, b/c it was widely reported at the time that the Bears openly decided to NOT trade up, and Poles had to be talked out of trying to trade up.
I think we never heard about this, and the reason Atl didn't do it is simple, it didn't happen.

Its hard to call it a fake when the video clearly shows he called and asked to trade a 4th.

okay, so went to that, what did the guy next to him say. don't need to; but call to see if they would. So he called to see if they would; what's the point? Was it for an actual trade or just to see, possibly for future trade options?
makes 0 sense for atl not to take a future 4th if their pick was Penix the entire time. Makes me wonder if something happened last second to change who they were taking; but we actually don't know what their response was; can only assume no, but it's an assumption. Poles needs to have his hands smacked for not listening to his people though. You have these guys in there for a reason.

In an AI world, there are fake videos all over the place.

Who's to say Atl wasn't scared that the Bears would take that pick and ask for a ransom for the next QB desperate team.

that makes NO sense b/c NO one was looking at QB there, specifically the QB they took who wasn't seen as a top 10 pick anyways; no one was trading up for a qb there, let alone for a kings randsom. This isn't NFL madden, nor is it some mock site w/implausible trade options. My best guess is there was still internal debate in ATL on who they were going to take when the Bears called, and a 4th rd wasn't going to get them to move if they took Odunze. Thank goodness that Atl flubbed that pick so badly; and refused to consider the trade.
