I am getting down on the Bears for not only having generational players. There are so many of them (even on street corners now) that I don't understand why we can't have 53 generational players. I don't think that's asking too much

What are you thinking? Somewhere between the 3rd and 5th round?

The heck of it is, Scales, even though he's 36 years old, could be our guy for another number of years to come.  If I had a kid wanting to play in the NFL, I'd be fine if he wanted to be a long snapper.  Those dudes seem to last forever with their careers.  And we've had some good ones over the years here.
