Mostly . But if you go by the eye test also , what you see ( imo ) is a competent QB who knows what he's doing - and he does it better than alot of starting QB's currently entrenched throughout the league . He still needs to do well the rest of the season to solidify the current impression , but if he does , then I don't know what more people need , to at least think that the Bears should give him a bona-fide opportunity . And if they don't , then they're dumbasses .

I have to say that I thought his 4th quarter against the Pack was pretty solid. He had a couple of picks that were pretty ugly. But I don't know enough about the plays called and routes being run to say if those were on the QB or the receiver or both.
We need to see how he plays in the final two games. If he continues to improve we may have something for the future. At worse a very solid backup QB who can legitimately compete for a starting job in the off-season.
What I see is....wow I cannot see anything other then the serious boobage on Blue's avatar....
I hurt myself straining to see that tiny little picture. So I did an internet search. After looking through 100s of photos I found a larger size. But then I really did hurt myself...

I want to thank you for taking one for the team in all those tedious hours looking at pictures of beautiful women in various sexy poses and in various states of undress.

It must have been truly painful!!
Shark is our Oline, in the trenches doing the grunt work. Lol
sorry to end this porn fest about a woman who needs to have a solid meal obviously!!
But IMO, Barkley has earned a roster spot period. The kid has played pretty solid considering he only has 4 starts and 9 games at the NFL level. As well as the Wr group he has been tossing it to. Wouldn't say Pace shouldn't draft a Qb this year, but Barkley sure gives you the option to pass on a 1st rounder if the draft class is weak in the mind of Pace or whomever is pulling the draft strings.
This team isn't ready to compete for a championship anyway, so i kind of like that they may have found a Qb to give them more freedom in the draft, even if that Qb is not the perfect guy.

I would generally agree with most what was said. I have liked the look of Bradley so far. He has done well despite the WRs he's throwing to. It reminds me of the 2010 and 2011 seasons when Cutler was doing everything but handing the WRs the ball. His best WR was Earl Bennett who was eventually released and couldn't even get Cleveland to put him on their roster.
My concerns, as pointed out in the podcast, is we haven't seen enough games to make sure this isn't some fluke. There are numerous examples of players putting together a great season and then never getting close to that level of performance again. Also the line has been really strong so far in these last few games and he hasn't had to deal with much pressure at all. If he's vulnerable to that so that all a team has to do is blitz him to make him make bad decisions, he won't be in consideration for a starting job for long.
I personally hope this isn't a fluke and he keeps this level of play up. Unlike Hoyer he is still young and has potential to grow. If for no other reason we would have a strong bridge QB for whoever comes next.
