Year one with a rookie QB, and 3 solidified targets in front of him, I think there is a case to be made it's not ideal for the rookie wr. It's the primary reason you could have looked at the OL/DL and gotten a wr later.
But worst? No. And bad only for 1-2 years while Allen is here and in front of him
