Stadium project limiting FA cashflow? Interesting take.

Sounds like a win for the Bears, state and all those whom like to make fun of the NIMBY'rs haha. But seriously! I like the idea of a new stadium in Chicago as someone whom would have to travel a bit to get to it. But not at the risk of the Bears making a smaller, less grandeur and state of the art stadium the larger land parcel in AH would make possible.

IF the new stadium in Chicago is possible something has to be done to make it easier for everyone to get there, whether it be its own transit stop (the train or bus stops) or special tunnel to get there. 

I still wonder what would happen to Soldier's field after this new stadium gets built? Are there laws that stated it can't be torn down? Or can some of it be saved for  some kind of heritage site? 

For example. The Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs home stadium was built on an older building that was used by the Department of National Defense during WWII. After the war it became the building for the Canada Post. Fast forward to when the stadium was planned to be built. Some of the facade had to in place so the the east and south walls of the building were kept intact and touched up while the rest of the stadium was built around it. 

What makes the Scotia Bank arena really cool? Is the fact that our Union station has tunnels that connect it to the Arena and for that matter there is also a bridge you can walk to the Sky dome. Out Union Station connects with Via rail which can be used to travel the country by train. Our Go buses which is similar to your Greyhound buses that connect more rural locals. And also it is the main hub for the cities Subway system. Oh and there is also a dedicated rail system to the airport.

So as I was originally stating, They HAVE to make it easy to get to so you don't have travelers like myself and Wife wander around in places they should not be going lol.
