I am 3 pages behind the great accountability debate BUT I don't believe Warren said that they have to win THIS YEAR did he? This should be a given.
I don't wake up everyday and pronounce to my Wife that my goal is to "breath all day". It is assumed that I will and she will as well.
I said the press conference was this year, not the goal. Nobody expects to win Super Bowl in 2024 with — what people remind me every day — is an untested rookie QB.
But he DID say his goal is win Super Bowl, and he DID say he is “impatient.” I take encouragement from both statements.

He is not expected to win it this year or get fired this year. However, he will EVENTUALLY get fired if he NEVER produces a Super Bowl ready team. The unknown component is how long Warren’s patience will last.
One could. One could also make a plausible case that if they had Montez Sweat all season they would have won more than 7 games too. Like we've said...lots of reasons for things.
That is why (for me) 9-8 would be a disappointing season.

Hey has anyone heard anything on the Odunze visit? I've been looking but have found nothing.
Looked in my storage shed, looked at the local gas station snack bar, even looked the dog park (and I no longer own a dog). I'm going to my backyard to see if I can find a stone to turn. (so I leave no stone unturned)

Gotta admit these last few weeks before the draft are taking forever. It is making me crazy. Yeah, crazier than usual. I'm thankful we have had some NCAA basketball to take my mind off of it, a bit. Once basketball ends, it's a tough stretch for me because I just can't get into baseball. I have tried. Maybe the new UFL league will be worth watching. But yeah, I can't wait for the draft to roll around and we truly KNOW who is on the team for this coming season. I'm going to try to get to a summer camp that's open to the public too. I want to watch this new Shane Waldron offense with my own eyes.
I see the Bears have a regular season game at Houston this year. I'd love to get tickets for our family to meet in Houston for that game... I'd get to visit my new grandson... I see lots of Houston trips in the future
