What if the older members here submit some photos of themselves or older relatives that have been Bears fans through thick and thin for decades? Preferably wearing Bears gear. At this point, the fans are the face of the franchise, especially those who have suffered through decades of ineptitude.

Thats a pretty awesome idea, and VERY true
Hey, who's that fat old bald guy next to Ervin Baldwin (DE - 2008)? You'd think he'd be standing next to his wife in the green raincoat? What a loser!
Yeah I just thought in honor of his passing it would be a good idea. No hurry I know that graphics stuff takes time. Much appreciated.
Okay, I just posted a short slideshow "Remembering Dick Butkus" that replaced the Fields pic that was on the left column of the main page. You can click on those any of those 5 photos and it should give you a high-resolution full-screen photograph of Butkus (the first picture is him with Gale Sayers). Those pics are $499.00 apiece to buy. But we are blessed that Getty did give us permission to use them since we are not for profit and are considered a type of sports news outlet (as a messageboard we have daily Bears news content posted here).
I will try to get the top banner updated in the next few days... maybe even tonight if I get a chance. Thanks for the idea to update those photos... they were from last year and LONG overdue updating.
