I am truly at a loss. What is it that you are looking for here? I thought this was a discussion board with a high level of camaraderie. 

So we were discussing the AH stadium possibility. You believe that Warren is targeting AH and the city is a red herring. You also believe that AH will be the final destination. 

I believe that Warren wants the lakefront as his first choice, is using AH as a bargaining chip but would like to end up on the lakefront. I also think he is keeping AH to continue to bargain in case his first choice does not come through. I believe that his first choice will not happen because of the reasons discussed. Too much opposition and the tax situation will not happen. So he will end up in AH anyway. Which is and always has been the right choice.

How did our beliefs ever get to be contentious? I mean come on.... this is ridiculous.  We both think it will end up in AH. We just think different on what Warren wants. And so what? What does it matter? If it's all that important to you to be right and me be wrong (I am still not sure what you want me to be wrong about, but I am ok with being wrong about whatever you want me to be wrong about). It is not that important to me to need to be right or have the last word. So whatever you want me to admit to, I admit to it. You are right. You are king of the forum. Let's move on and be pulling together. This is a good group here and to let this little crap be divisive is crazy. All opinions should be accepted and discussed. Like we usually do here

If the expectation is that we are "right" on stuff here, then I failed that one several years ago.  The only person who is always right is Mrs JABF (she assures me of this).
