With the Cubs in the WS just wait until the inevitable 'build like the Cubs did' posts start back up. You know the ones..trade Cutler, Jeffery, Langford, Royal, Wilson, Fuller, Porter, Miller, Larsen, Leno, Massie, Freeman, Trevathan, Young, and Amos for draft picks--ideally 1sts and 2nds, but take what you can get. Meanwhile sign all the PS players you can to field a team for the next 3 seasons while saving cap space. Always trade down or up (because everyone knows its easy to trade up or down, just say to want to and the Good Fairy grants you a wish) to get the HOF players that you can find all over the draft of course. Meanwhile IR all the draft picks in their first season in order to keep them healthy. In 3 years, Pace will have the #1 OFF and the #1 DEF.

hey, so how does Fox saying he's done with Cutler help this team? Cutler was likely going to get cut but you don't help the team get value out of a player when you straight up let everyone know you don't want that player.
I mean if we're cutting Cutler next season why even have him play?
Tank for that draft pick. Cutler is a type of guy who has the arm strength to help us win meaningless games but poor decision making to help us lose meaningful games.
Give us Matt Barkley and let us draft our QB in the first or second round next year.
