All the injuries are a blessing in disguise. You need to draft high this year and next year. What good would going 8-8 do you this year? And with the injuries nobody expects you to win anyways, so there's no shame in going 3-13. You're rebuilding, we get it... Would you rather go 8-8 and draft 17th? Would you rather go 3-13 and have remained healthy?
Be patient, you don't have the horses right now... The talent gap was so wide last night you could have driven a truck through it (even with GB's injury woes)...

Fire Fox Draft Garrett or Allen trade up to get the QB they want (Trubinsky for me) and go from there.
We are a better Team with more Talent and there is Free Agency (Pace hit with Freeman, Hicks and Trevethan this offseason)
This will be a pretty common theme. I also agree with the focus on D in the 1st to get a sure fire day 1 starter and try and scoop up a decent QB in the 2nd. The more I think about this the more I come to the conclusion that there is no sure fire franchise QB this draft either. At least not from what I have seen in the college ranks.

Rankings will Change during the season and Combine, but it's pretty sure that Garrett is the clear cut best Player. He'll go #1 and either we have that pick or the Browns **** it up and draft a QB. If Garrett is gone, I'd draft Allen. He's a beast and will be a day 1 Impact Player.
The Problem with it, if there is a Franchise QB and we go with a different Player, you will always look like the fool for not taking the QB.
We can't fix all of the Team, but we can build a Team during Free Agency and the draft that can look respectable. We can add a rookie QB that has smarts and isn't a stupid idiot. I still think Kaaya has the smarts and accuracy but not the strength. Others have flaws too.
I base this on tape I've seen and the Little I understand. I thought Ryan Nassib would end up as a solid starter so what do I know...
