Jeff Janis was not 'dogged' by Aaron Rodgers By BRIAN JONESTue Apr 09 2019 0 Jeff Janis had to set the record straight about his relationship with Aaron Rodgers. The former Green Bay Packers wide receiver was mentioned in the Bleacher Report article about being "dogged" by Aaron Rodgers. But Janis went to Twitter to say that is far from the truth.
"Don't think for one second that because an article says I was 'dogged' that it holds any truth," Janis said. "You don't earn a roster spot for four years if you're getting 'dogged.' Look at my situation, lots of other guys in the WR room were incredible...do I wish I played more and got more chances. Hell yes. What professional athlete wouldn't? Do I think it was ever personal? Hell no. I truly believe A-Rod was hard on me and is on others because:
A. He knows what it takes to be great
B. He wants to win. Period.
"Was it tough at times? Yes. Did I always agree with it? No. But I know deep down his intentions were good and only wanted to see us succeed."
Tyler Dunne of Bleacher Report wrote the piece on Rodgers. Here's a look at what he said about Rodgers' relationship with Janis.

I don't think it's all true in the recent Bleacher Report article, but there have been rumblings for years about Rodgers as a teammate. Seems like he's either hated or loved, no in between.
There's probably a little truth in all of this smoke. You never hear current or former teammates ripping Tom Brady. This kind of stuff follows Rodgers and Roethlisberger. They are probably difficult to work with...
My hunch is that Rodgers has been running the show for a long time now. La Fluere is his new puppet he'll throw under the bus the next time they struggle.
