Maybe he's the reason, maybe not. We don't really know for sure and we probably never will. But to be fair, several people around the league have already stated that AR actually does have character issues and is not exactly the easiest person to work with. When it comes to Brady, Brees and Wilson you don't hear that kind of gossip.
Remember you used to hear all that stuff about Cutler after guys left Chicago and could finally open up about it. Those rumors tend to have legs.
Some of it's probably true... Plenty of former employees refuting It too...
Much of Green Bay's recent dysfunction is due to former GM Ted Thompson and his horrible drafting the last five years.... He needed to be shown the exit a few years ago.... Laughing out loud that Bears fans (of all people) think Aaron Rodgers has been holding that organization back....
It's not so much he was holding anyone back as he appears to have made a bad situation worse.
As a Packers fan McCarthy was holding the team back... And if there is truth to this Rodgers solved the problem... I hear guys coming to Rodgers defense... Not so much for McCarthy

Plenty of guys came to and come to Cutlers defense also, doesn't mean he wasn't a problem, he most definitely was.
Rogers can be a great player, and simultaneaously be a problem for other players and coaches.
McCarthy could have been a problem, and Rogers could have also been a problem.

Well it's a good thing McCarthy was a bad coach then. So what happens if your new coach is a good coach? You might not be so forgiving of Rodger's attitude then.

Whatever problem you have with Rodgers.... Please stop using him in the same sentence as Cutler.... The two men don't belong in the same paragraph.

Rodgers is on the back end of his career... The two go down together if this doesn't work.. The good thing about this is I believe Rodgers will do everything he can to be in lock step with the new coach to show ppl he isn't "the problem"...

I agree and disagree at the same time with that.
Rodgers is by far a much better QB than Cutler ever was but let's be honest. Rodgers personality is some what similar to Cutler in being destructive. He was able to mask it with win after win throughout the decade. The moment you start losing the media and everyone else is going to look at you differently. You can't hide who you are when everything falls apart.

Many players have come to side with Rodgers against Finley and Jennings... For instance from Devante Adams:
Plenty of guys came to and come to Cutlers defense also, doesn't mean he wasn't a problem, he most definitely was.
Rogers can be a great player, and simultaneaously be a problem for other players and coaches.

Cutler had just as much physical talent as Rodgers, he was just a mental midget and couldn't figure out how to play the game. He also wasn't given much of a chance here with all the various low-IQ OCs he had to deal with. Cutler had a personality issue, he didn't like talking to reporters, and that backfired on him. Rodgers has personality issues as well, but I find those to be worse for the team than disliking the media.

Here's the difference between Rodgers and Cutler: Packers fans were sad to see Cutler leave the Bears. Bears fans will be doing cart wheels when Rodgers leaves the Packers... He's a top 5 all time generational quarterback that took marginally talented football teams on his shoulders to multiple NFCCG's... If GB had HALF the defense the Bears now have he'd have 4 or 5 Lombardi's... Here's the other thing: There are twice as many players sticking up for him as that were talking smack about him: 247sports.com/nfl/green-bay-packers/LongFormArticle/Aaron-Rodgers-good-teammate-current-former-Packers-players-support--130985476/#130985476_9
