College coaches just don't often seem to work out (Chip Kelly)... With the exception of maybe Jim Harbaugh I'd want to stay in the pros and get an offensive mind.... And Keep the DC like the Bears did last year.

Mark Trestman? He no longer works for the Toronto Argos. Maybe he learnt his lesson and ready to be an HC guru we all knew he could be.
