"I don't think there are any givens. And that's no indictment on anybody," Fox said when asked directly about Cutler.
"This is a day-to-day, week-to-week, what-have-you-done-for-me-lately league, and so we're just trying to get the best 11 guys out there regardless of the position to where we can play a full 60 minutes and get a victory."
Well how can he answer what he doesn't know? As in the guy convinces me more and more everyday that he's clueless and igno-arrogant (that's ignorant and arrogant combined). And if he does know, he's playing secret squirrel to confuse the Lions on who's starting, like it really matters.
Fox has a history of not wanting the correct qb; so this doesn't surprise me at all. Then again, ever HC other then Lovie has wanted to move on from Cutler w/in 2 years...and Lovie was the only one to have Rex/Griese/Orton on his roster.

As long as Cutler is gone next season I don't care who plays this season. Preferably the one who gives us a bigger chance at losing. We really need a top 3 pick.
Just goes to show you Fox doesn't no a damn thing when it comes to the Bears.
Even more than that it just stirs up a controversy that doesn't or at least shouldn't exist although I would not put it past him to start one. After all he's been starting lesser players elsewhere when he has or at least had better sitting on the bench so who know what he'll do.
He seems to either have a bug up his ass over something, out to prove something like whose in control, him or Pace, or the guy is losing his mind. Something isn't right because the responses to all of this shit just seem to intentionally vague or misdirected or too detached.
