yeah... to pick up his 5th year would be idiocy (which of course is not beyond us -- see Glennon for reference). But I have no problem doing a Fuller on him and seeing if he can turn it around. If he can, then he is worth money. If not, then you cut him. Thing is... he is on the payroll. See if you can fix him now that Fox is out of the picture. He at least has upside. I see no upside with Bellamy.

BIH, just for giggles you can use the spotrac roster tool and make cuts. I cut Sims and White next year and you have 49M CAP. Add any rollover from this year which might be 5-10M and another 8M for CAP level raise and now you have between 62-67M. Still a good chunk to work with.

I think he means pay him in 2019 based on whether or not he earns it not now.
