I take this as just one more indication of the complete apathy that's gripped us all. The "why bother" feelings of this whole mess.
By tonight, tomorrow, or no later than Tuesday due to the Bears possibly hanging out a "closed for the holiday" sign (looked the Focks and the team already had theirs hung out) we should have step one of a reset completed and Focks will be no more the Bears HC. But what then? Ted Phillips will still be CEO and GMcC will still be the Owner in Charge.
So once more.....what's changed?
I'm actually quite anxious to hear GMcC and Pace come out of hiding and face the music. Ginny being pissed, Teddy Bears being optimistic, and Pace asking for patience will barely cut it if at all. Unless the media is held at gun point and threatened with lobbing only underhand softball questions this upcoming presser should sound like an inquisition and it would be well deserved. Enough is enough.
So as I see it that's the order of things for this coming week as we flip the page into 2018.
Isn't GrizzlyBear the one who does those threads? If I remember correctly he didn't do one against the Browns ( Game Ball ).
Honestly after this and last season my passion for the Bears have went down. I can see it the same here for many members.
A ton of people haven't shown up in a while.
At games as well. Message to GMcC. Keep it up George, it can only get worse. Time to sell at top. Ah, but then you and your families would have to get real jobs wouldn't you? No more livin' off Mom's allowance.
The Bears have just become a huge black hole- literally sucking. I am tired of finding substitute teams every year for the playoffs. I am still watching the games, still watch the playoffs. I am a some-time Panther fan, I also like this year's version of the Rams. Hoping Minny gets squished, and the patty cakes get stomped too.

I knew we had little chance to win and didn’t really want to anyway. In the second half the O actually showed a little spark but then couldn’t score a TD in 11 tries from inside the 10 yard line. ELEVEN.
Did anyone catch that roll out left play they ran? Logg had Trub fake right right, roll out left, and throw just shy of the goal line. To whom you might ask? The two “receiving” options were: a 4th string TE (Brown) and a terrible udfa Fullback (Burton). Both these clowns ran to the same spot and neither bothered to block for the other. The result was a 1/2 yard completion stopped short of the end zone. That shit show of a play pretty much encapsulates A) the lack of offensive weapons on this team and B) the horrific coaching job done by Fox/Logg.
Which brings me to another point: both of those failures fall almost exclusively on Ryan Pace.
Ill be very interested to see how he handles this offseason as my patience with him is running low. I do NOT give him a pass for the Fox-era any more than Emery deserved one for the Trestman-era. We started the former at 5-11 and finished it at....5-11. The Pace “honeymoon period” is definitely over with me. I want to see BETTER and that better needs to start happening real soon.
I was in the middle of a 12-hour drive home, so didn't see the game, and have npo comments, but would have enjoyed the deflated game ball thread. There was none last week either. Apathy, It all stems from the top. Thanks, McAsskeys...
