No, and we don't want him back this year either. An appearance in locker room doesn't mean he's even been cleared to practice and he still needs a ton of that before he'd be even close to being ready to play.
There is no way Pace can allow this team to be as devoid of receivers as he let happen this year. Adding talent at OLB and WR will be two of his top priorities this offseason. If Inman can show some of the same production he did with the Chargers, Meredith picks up where he left off and we can add a true #1 WR in FA this kid will be one training camp away from being chalked up as a total loss and quite possibly released or traded for a 7th round conditional pick just to get his salary off the books.
As it stands he's closer to being "hey didn't you used to be Kevin White" than he is to playing anywhere in the NFL.
In hindsight...Bears needed a Wr and Kevin was Top 10 projected by many. Not many, if anyone, could have predicted the injury woes Kevin has gone through. IMO it is becoming a pretty sad story for someone like him. He had some great potential coming out of college.
