My take on him and others is that there are those DaBears members who were posting long before the CCS Troll Force showed up. Some may have been "swayed" into changing their posting style and habits in a kind of "go along to get along" way to avoid being one of their "targets" and may fit in much differently here under our restrictions.
I would look at how they did their business prior to the invasion of the thread snatchers as my guide. Those who've posted a lot on DaBears will always have a "feel" for what another poster is all about. If that "feel" is positive ask them in. If it's negative then we should probably pass. As Alex says it's only about how they post here that really matters. Use your own judgement.
