Good to be here. Great idea for some serious Bears talk again. I still plan on checking out the other site yet though. As much as a lot of the new guys drive me crazy there is still some good info there. Plus, I wouldn't want to miss what Monster of the Midway says. I enjoy getting in some debates with him.

Now it just has become a bunch of spammer trouble makers over on that site, they can't even follow respectful fundamental post responses. Apparently my patience ran out long before everyone else's did dtb. When I couldn't convince Ski and Loki they were headed down a bad road as early as last fall I decided to bail and told them flat out I could no longer spend my time supporting the place.
No one who is a member here will ever be restricted from also being a member of another site, including DaBears, or from posting there. What we will have is much stricter moderation that much I can assure you. There's a world of difference between the good natured joking and debates between staunch Bears fans who contribute to the site as often as daily and those who come only to troll and intentionally contrive to start arguments with other members.
The first type are welcome and encouraged but the second type either won't be admitted to begin with or will have a very, very short stay.
