That was my thought too.  Put the best players into the mix next year and let them compete for starting roles.  Everyone has to earn their starting jobs.  For that matter everyone has to earn their roster spot too.  In the end, the OL roster will have 8 guys, five of whom start.  Grasu will have to earn whatever he gets - just like everyone else.

I hate to truck out my "OL envy" here using the Cowboys as an example but hell yeah.  Gimme a bunch of OL like they have.  It would be nice to have some starting caliber talent on our bench for a change rather than someone else's.

Leno, Whitehair, and Grasu are still very young guys with a long term future ahead of them if they step up as a unit and win their jobs.  I'm really not too worried about having more of that type than we need. Eventually they'll play when they prove their better than the alternatives.
