You're overestimating the impact Flacco has on the Ravens. Look at his career QBR. He's mediocre at best.
NFL Rookie of the Year his first year. Led his team to 6 seasons of playoffs. 15 playoff games (passed for over 3,200 yards in playoff games). 10 playoff wins. Passed for 25 playoff TDs. In his last 4 years of playoff games his QB rating is 101.0 with 24 TDs versus 4 ints). Super Bowl winning QB. Super Bowl MVP.
Hey, I'd be fine with a mediocre guy like that on the Bears.
Why are we always having to look up to see mediocre?

I just want the Bears to win a Super Bowl. Flacco has done that. He is good enough to be a Super Bowl MVP. In his last 4 playoff seasons he's thrown 24 TDs to 4 ints. These are big games on a big stage.
We seem to be enamored with labels. I guess it's just a human-thing to want to label and pigeonhole a guy in a category and diminish his accomplishments. Like, oh, Flacco, he is just a mediocre QB. Okay. We can label him anything we want as long as we label him a Super Bowl winning QB - and MVP of the Super Bowl. A guy who has won double-digit playoff games. Won. He's won more playoff games than Aaron Rodgers while losing fewer games than Rodgers. My point is not that he's as good as AR. He's not. But he is not exactly chopped liver either.

Crap.... And we let him go. If he is better than Rogers, we need to get him back. Wonder if they would take our #3 and give him back to us? A #3 pick for AR is a bargain!
We finally got this whole QB thing straightened out. Thank God!

No you're confused. Its not the 3rd pick for Rogers, its for a QB better than Rogers.
