Important to keep in mind: this play happened with 10:00 minutes left in the 4th quarter. That DB Lasike chucked will not be in the NFL. If Lasike did something like this in the first quarter against the Browns or in any other PS game when he wasn't playing against 3rd stringers, I'd be stoked. In this case, meh. Notice how he tries to chuck the second DB after the reception and the 2nd DB takes the hit and makes the tackle.
That's not to say Lasike won't make the team (I don't know shit about him or how he fits with what the Bears want to do) but I'm not going to exaggerate one play he made against a kid who'll be searching the classified ads for a job come 3pm CST.
If he can get yardage after the catch and block against 1st stringers I will be impressed.
