As opposed to a guy who maybe doesn't need to grow and can get the most out of Trubs right away? I get everyone wants a young guy...but just because they are young does not mean they will be a good HC or that they will "grow" to be a good HC. I want a guy who is going to be the best and I don't care if he's 60 or if he's 30. That should be the only criteria.
The voice of reason. What the hell are you doing on here anyway?
Shit...if I'm the voice of reason we may all be screwed! LOL
I rather have a HC who can grow with Trubs and hopefully be a permanent coach for years to come.

Agreed. There are older coaches who are far more in tune to the current NFL and there are guys like Fox whose skills as a HC have become very dated. As I posted above just find a good leader, let him field a great staff, and the rest will take care of itself. There's little chance that adding much more talent to this roster will do much until they're better coached and schemed.
From where I sit this team has just one more shot at getting this right. Since terminating both JA and Lovie the McCaskeys have only made this team worse. Nothing they've ever done has convinced me this will change unless they do hire a smart football man to run the team. Lacking that I don't see this team getting all that much better until they do.
