Our top five offensive tackles are all possibly out this week... Trying to sign a guy off AZ practice squad as we speak. Half our defense is out... yikes...
Truthfully I was shocked the Packers didn't go after TJ Watt. Nick Perry seems to always be injured and you guys seem to gamble that he's the future.

How in the hell did the Bengals lose??? That is not good. How long you think that Capers and McCarthy are going to be around?
Is Forrest Gregg still available? He'd be my pick for a Packer HC!
the usual. Cobb is hurt. Both offensive tackles are out and guys who shouldn't be in the league are subbing. Half the defense is out including Mike Daniels and Nick Perry. Same shit different pile for this team.
Well at least you have a HoF qb to look forward to watching. We have OMGlennon, and who's he's throwing to is as bad as he is.

But I thought you liked Glennon..
I've been critical when he throws a bad pass or doesn't get the ball out quick, I've just also been as critical as the WR's and the OC.
I liked the gameplan Pace decided to go w/this offseason. He needed a bridge qb, and liked what he had seen from Glennon, and he was hoping he would turn into something so he could trade him down the line; which also bought time for him to get his franchise qb via the draft.
The gameplan isn't working out, but I don't think you alter it until Trubs is ready. Glennon has had some really nice throws dropped that could have altered the Alt/Pitt games for the better. And unlike Cutler he's not a experienced vet; who should know better then to make the same mistakes over and over; he's a vet but he's realatively inexperience. He's also doesn't have the pedigree of Cutler so i'm cutting him more slack. He wasn't brought in at the expense of multiple 1sts and asked to lead the team to continued playoff success. Glennon is being asked to hold the fort while he builds his resume.

Capers will be here as long as he wants. If McCarthy is the coach. Ted Thompson's contract expires next spring after the draft. With our luck he'll be resigned for four more years

true. Though they really wanted the speed at ILB of Josh Jones. The big hybrid safety. Also they are TRYING to make an effort to steer clear of oft injured players like Watt

so yeah. But a HOF quarterback will win you enough games to get in the playoffs each year but defense wins championships. We're going on 25 years of HOF play from the quarterback position with only two Lombardis to show for it. Look what the Niners and patriots have done in a short span when they've given their GOAT a decent defense. Last week Rodgers was 0-7 in overtime games. Looks bad for him until you realize that in four of those games he never touched the ball in overtime.
You keep Fangio and get Trubisky developed and you are going to be in business
I think we found one of the problems with our team. They don't realize that not giving the ball to the other team and moving the ball down the field are required to win.
