At this point, Pace needs to be on the hot seat for his horrible FA pickups...
I agree with this. I think Fox also needs to do something to turn the team around or he needs to go to and if Pace is hamstringing him, Pace needs to go too.
I think the issue with Firing Fox right now is, what's the next coach going to do to make it better?
Unless you think keeping the guy around does irreparable harm to the program you unload him at the end of the season, If you fire him now you must have his replacement on the staff (Fangio or Loggains).

Who cares if it gets any better. I'll settle for it just being different. This is like watching reruns of the Gilligans Island. We all know that each week Gilligan does something dumb and they don't get off the island. Each week Fox's team looks like they forgot how to play football and they lose. Same old, same old. Somebody or something needs to get this team stirred up enough to play some football. Fox hasn't. It's that simple.

Take your pick. Anything would be better than going through this hell each week.
I believe he will survive the season. Only reason to change it would be if the team plans on hiring J Gruden or somebody like him who is currently not coaching. They could see value in implementing new system this year if it was the future but probably hard to do in midstream.
