I found it interesting that the NFC scout had Kizer and Trubisky as the top 2 QBs, but the AFC scout had it Trubisky and Watson.
It sounds like if Garrett is taken before us it comes down to the best remaining QB: Kizer, Trubisky or Watson (not in that order, but those weem to be the top guys).
If Pace had addressed the QB problem earlier, in his first two years here, we would have some wiggle room. But it is now mission-critical that we get a franchise QB in this draft.
That's why you never ignore that position b/c "there are bigger needs elsewhere" If you don't have a Brady, Peyton M, Rogers, Brees, Big Ben on your team you need a young high potential qb on your team.
It was inexcusable that Pace didn't find 1 qb worth drafting in rounds 1-3 or at least 4 in the last 2 years. Now he's put himself in a position, in a WEAKER supposed draft then the last two where he now HAS to take one. This is also why you don't wait until "your franchise" qb is already walking out the door.
but you do see that there are some NFL scouts that think those 3 qb's have a place at the top of the draft
