3/13 is an F I'm of the camp that believes Pace, Fox and co. can turn it around next year but this season was a huge fail for many reasons - underperformance, injuries, time mgmt, etc
I have absolutely no idea how to grade ownership, unless they are cheap and our is not. They should hire football guys though.
Yeah I feel somewhat the same. My issues with them are all they haven't done over the years that have led up to this. There was nothing they could have done prior to this season except to have not been so blind to their inept management for so long.
From this point forward that should be even more painfully obvious as is the need to hire a proper Exec VP to run the team from the top down. Their bottom up approach has never worked and if that's not changed IMHO nothing else will either.
While I give ownership credit for cleaning house after the 2nd year of the Emery / Trestman debacle, we are a 3 win team so at the end of the day, at least for now, it appears they picked the wrong replacements. F.

I believe they are incredibly stupid owners, but shrewd and crafty business people who fleece us fans. They have taken a $100 investment by George "Papa Bear" Halas (when he originally bought the team for a hundred bucks) and they have turned that into a $2.7-billion dollar sports "entertainment" business. And they get away with this by putting a crap product on the field each year.
If this was just a "bad year" I'd be a bit more understanding.
I think Ginny cares about winning. I think the entire family does. They just don't have a clue how to do it and won't listen to anybody outside the family other than Teddy Phillips.
