With any kind of common sense at Halas Hall and good fortune in the universe the Chicago Bears fire Matt Eberflus on Black Monday (or sooner) when the season is over.

While he has not displayed any kind of skill that would make me think another team would employ him as a head coach, I do think Eberflus has a lot of value for any franchise looking to go 0-34 for two years in order to accumulate great draft picks.

So......what kind of job will Matt Eberflus have after the Bears fire him?
