He sees that as the #1 issue in Chicago. That's his take on it anyway. Obviously, the Bears have additional problems too.
LINK Bill Belichick drops truth bomb on where the blame lies on Bears failures What can the Chicago Bears do to fix their ailing offense?
“To me, the bigger thing is just where the Bears are,” Belichick said. “I mean they can’t protect, they can’t move the ball, (and) they can’t score any points. Jacksonville same situation... They have this all-star quarterback, these all-star receivers. You know the greatest skill players in the history of football. And the offensive line is a problem. They can’t run the ball, they can’t protect."

Yeah.... other than that stuff, we are in pretty good shape

I keep thinking this is fixable, if the Bears get the coaching staff and offensive line fixed. I know. That is a big "if" because we're talking about the hapless Chicago Bears.

It's fixable. But I really think the HC has lost the team. I think they can replace the OC, but not sure the players will respond the same as they would under a new HC also.
Right now, my eyes are on Warren. This kind of crisis is something that needs to be solved at his level. If he does nothing (and I am giving him through the off season to be charitable), then he is a fail, IMO

Eberflus is now a "caretaker coach" until the end of the season. He knows that. He sounds and looks like a totally defeated man. As the reporter from "The Athletic" said today, from a human standpoint it is sad. He seems like a genuinely good man. I'll bet he's getting things in order so he can move his family in a few months to another (yet to be determined) location with a demotion on another coaching staff.
It is a tragic situation for everyone. These professional athletes are losing a precious year of their career.. they only have so many years to be productive. They have to be sick about it. I figure the players just want to do well and win. Instead they are playing as participants in a clown show each gameday now. That HAS to be embarrassing. And fans are now going to have to wait until September 2025 to see if next year's team is any good. This year is yet another toilet year that will stink until it gets flushed after the last game of the season is played. Nobody wins. Everyone loses. It stinks. Year after year after year it stinks.

Poles needs to act now. If Flus won't fire Waldron, Poles MUST. Flus should ALREADY be on notice. If Poles is not doing what he needs to, then Warren Has to. I'm with you, Warren gets this offseason. If Poles is the problem and Warren does nothing except dream abpout a lakefront stadium, then he is a failure too. In that case, I will finally give up on the Bears.

My guess is that the Bears hierarchy will allow the coaching staff to stay in a caretaker mode until the last game is in the books. We will watch the team die a slow painful death... dying by inches, one ugly game at a time. If it were an animal they'd do the humane thing and euthanize it, and just put it out of its misery. Unfortunately, this one will be a painfully long 8-game death scene. Next up will be a total butt-kicking by the Green Bay Packers in our home stadium. The good news is that Kevin Warren can enjoy it because it is on the Lakefront (it is the most beautiful place in America you know).

LOL, you can't make this stuff up.
I agree with all that, but why do you feel the need to insult Bozo's Circus? It's more of a Humbug flea circus. Deception and charades trying to pull the wool over our eyes while they're all looking inward. Well, my eyes are wide open.
