I have not watched the game yet and am planning to do that right now, but I saw this. My God. He is going to get killed before this year is over. No way he plays the same next year either.

yes, Waldron was calling plays that couldn't be accomplished. Inappropriate, and downright pathetic, even criminal playcalling. They're blitzing our gaps and he kept calling pocket plays trying to go downfield when there was no time, and never tried any short over the middle stuff to help our decimated O-line.

I noticed Caleb was slow to get up (clearly hurting) after some of those hits. In fairness, some of those sacks were on Caleb, because he was definitely holding on to the ball too long (on some plays, not all). No offensive line is going to give you forever to throw. And our OL sure as heck isn't. Caleb Williams is regressing and becoming a WORSE quarterback before our very eyes. Each week is worse. The Bears shouldn't be allowed to draft quarterbacks. They should just buy veteran QBs and let them be the punching bags on game days. Don't ruin anymore college kids.
The Bears could draft 100 first round QBs and they're never going to make it in the NFL after the "Bears Treatment" here.
“Really just looking inward at myself, first,” Eberflus said. And that’s what I asked the players and the team, and the coaches."
In the post-game press conference Eberflus said they need (once again) to "Look Inward" - maybe it's like some ancient Jedi mind trick thing... must be powerful stuff if it can fix this team.
Look inward boys... it's all that can save us now.

The announcers also said that the Bear opponents this year (EVERY SINGLE ONE of them) had scored first. That is a little mind numbing. Even to a half numb mind. I mean in EVERY single game you play, even the lay down teams, you could not score first one time? Forget even winning the game just score first once. A field goal.... anything. But not one time. That is SSSOOOOO telling

As I watched the game I kept thinking about how the team doesn't look prepared to play. Slow starts. Painfully slow, always. How is that even possible? LOL, what the heck are they doing prepping for these games... looking inward stuff?
Knew this was coming. This was a noon game, and i NEVER miss those, havent in at least 10y+. I missed this one. Why should anyone spend their time on this?
