Flus talks about the mechanics of his role in the offense.

In the press conference today, one of the sports media people asked him about how he handles the offense as a head coach.  I found it interesting.  He also briefly talked about how he approaches both the O and D mechanics as a head coach verses being a coordinator (he talks about it going back to his college coaching days too).
