I just edited the post by Whisky Beer Bob and took out the code as created by the insert video button. Then I changed the URLs from x. to twitter. and it works.
So it seems like it's two issues. First is what you said about pro boards not being current about twitter/X URLs and maybe there are also issues withe the insert video button.
Chuck, I usually use the "insert imbed" button to imbed tweets. If I change the "x" to "twitter" then it works okay for me.
LOL, I'm not sure I'm doing it right. I'm only one level above a monkey punching buttons to get the banana with all of this
That is what I used to do all the time as well. Unless Father time has finally caught up with me and his Wife has decided to play tricks on me. I do believe I am tech savvy enough to figure the dang thing out lol.

From an outsider's perspective you guys are clinging to the homer goggles like super Velcro. The fact is that the least talked about/hyped Rookie QB is setting the league on fire.
Jayden Daniels is the cream of the crop in the rookie draft class right now. At least you get to see your new toy play, if that's any consolation.
Vikings fans have to wait till 2025 to see their hyped-up rookie savior QB play his 1st game. Unless he gets hurt again.

I as just looking at what Whisky Beer Bob posted and tried to fix it. And I was not trying to say that posting a straight URL directly into the message is best, preferred, whatever. If what you are doing works for you, all the better.

I think it a bit early in the careers of the highly touted 2024 QB draft class to be declaring who is better than someone else. While I agree that Daniels has come out of the gate hitting on all cylinders, we are only 5 games into the season. I think we will know better at the end of a year or two.
Actually, there were 4 or 5 pretty good QBs taken in the 2024 draft. I liked both Nix and Penix a lot.
Again, we need to wait a year or two before declaring a winner. Maybe even three years.

Way way way way way too early to judge rookie QBs yet.

Fair enough. But, 2 years is ample time. I'll cite CJ Stroud in that regard. Because he's having a tougher go in his second year in the league. Cuz, teams have film on him now. They're making adjustments on how to defense against him.

And if more than one of the rookie QBs are solid, that's fine. If we got a good one then I'm a happy camper.
