He makes some good points that are not Kool Aid, but not rant stuff. It's a candid and pretty positive look at where the team is at - and why. And he talks about what he thinks is ahead. I found his comment particularly interesting where he says "this team isn't built to run the ball." He said don't expect to see a change to a big run game any time soon.
