I was not happy with keeping Flus, but had no vote in the matter. And then you have the "you can't keep swapping out coaches. You need consistency" argument. And it's valid. But when the laundry stinks, you have to wash it.

The Bears need to get the good HC so that they can then have consistency at coaching. I stuck with this coaching staff to this point - hoping against hope that THIS time we had a decent HC. Doesn't look like we got the guy though.
