First of all thanks for posting these. They let us see first-hand the replays for a guy. Secondly, what stood out to me in this particular video is that Caleb is often not seeing open guys, or sometimes the ball is just a bit late getting out to a guy - and sometimes the ball is not where the receiver is... it could simply be a poor throw. But it also could be a route/timing thing on the WR. I have no clue. But the offense is just not in sync most of the time. It looks like more than an offensive line problem alone. Then you lump in the poor play calling, and it's no wonder this offense is scoring 13.3 points per game (D points subtracted out there).
Probably because Williams hasn't adjusted to the speed of the game yet.
No QB ever sees every open player and to put that on Williams is absurd.
It's not so much putting it on Caleb, but simply observing that guys are running routes that are getting them open on plays. Admittedly we have no clue as to what the play requires from Caleb (and the receivers for that matter) on each play. And we don't know the timing (where a guy is supposed to be - and at what moment he is supposed to be there). Some plays the ball may need to be in the air before a guy even makes his break. Us fans don't have to understand why a play broke down. That's on the coaches. But we do understand that the play failed.
