If this doesn't get quickly fixed, he'll be the first coach fired/scapegoated. 

I did see 1 defense of the OT's that I think is a bit valid, but doesn't give them a free pass. IF an O tackle starts to get beat they are taught to push the DE back and then the QB can just step into the pocket. Problem is, there is no pocket b/c the IOL is getting beat worse then the OT's. 

But that isn't 100% valid b/c it still means the OT's are getting beat to much; they shouldn't have to constantly push the DE's behind the QB, but that's what is happening. 

might be, but you cannot coach strength, and Shelton is a getting pushed back w/almost no resistance. We've seen this w/other C's in the past in Chicago, doesn't matter the technique, if you are small and weak you are going to get wrecked in the NFL on the OL.

Where the OL/coach might be an issue is in how there are not corrections to how this group misses stunts and twists. That's coaching, that isn't a strong or fast enough thing, your OC moving out of position to pile on the guy already double teamed and therefore missing the twist or delayed blitz is unacceptable. The OT/OG not handing off the switch is unacceptable. That's coaching, not skill, unless it's a lack of mental capability but I don't think that is the issue.

I am on the fence on a lot of this stuff. The only thing I know for sure is that we should not be this bad on the offense. The only other thing I know is that CW should not have missed the few chances he had. I also know that a failing is not always easily attributable to what it seems to be attributable to. In other words, there is no doubt Caleb missed his guys when he could have hit them. His fault? WR fault? Not sure. All I know is that it happened and shouldn't have. I also (to my eyes) do not see much adjustment to make it better. Knowing that a crappy OL is a crappy OL and only so much can be done. But honestly, (again to my small brain), there seems to HAVE to be a way to take all this offensive talent and not be quite this pathetic. And to me that is coaching. But is it Flus? Is it Waldron? Is it the OL coach? I really don't know. I am not a big fan of Flus, but is it him? How much is he influencing what Waldron is doing? In a perfect world it would be Waldron calling the offensive shots and I would blame him. Not for the first game -- I give him some leeway there for trying to understand what CW likes, what he can do, etc. But still, I wanted to see adjustments even with that taken into consideration. The second game, I was really expecting more protection around him to give him time. So I blame coaching, but not sure exactly who. It's coaching, CW, and the OL. what is causing what, I don't know. I don't like blaming fault unless I know the root cause here and I simply don't know.

I just know it should not be this bad and someone needs to held to the fire.
