I'm on it. I already called and tried to get an appt. The receptionist was a little confused when I explained I would need a room with candles but not too hot because I didn't want to melt the rubber chicken. She said "ummm.... I will let Mr. Poles know so he is aware of it. I am sure he will call you back"
So I'm SURE he will call back. The fix is almost in!
It's a shame this wasn't during the Hard Knocks filming. If Crash the Ferret got great ratings, I have to believe you (in full witch doctor dress) would have been better than the dead ferret segment - one for the ages. In fact, maybe if we could have located Crash's ashes they could have been used in that ceremony to help VJJ's hand curse to end. You might mention that when Mr. Poles calls you today.
oh, absolutely. Dead ferret ashes are part of the formula. That and ground buffalo rectum.

They need to bite the bullet and admit defeat on this mistaken 3rd round pick.
Velus should be inactive going forward except if needed as a reserve RB. He can't catch the ball in flight so he's useless as a receiver or return man.
With Rome probably gonna miss 2 games here now, somehow Velus will survive and be dressed on Sunday. The guy has 9 lives unlike his ferret.

I wonder if Tyler Scott gets a shot at WR. But then again, he's had some drop issues too.

100% I activate Scott >>> Velus. He still has a chance to improve his hands. He's a good route runner with speed and he gets separation. I'd way rather he get a shot as WR3 with RO out than Velus.
Velus is in year 3 and he's still fumbling and bumbling despite having a very limited role.

Cut your losses and admit the mistake, Ryan.
Also, if my memory is correct, didn't Scott and Caleb connect pretty well in camp? I know he had a couple of drops. But I seem to remember it was mentioned how well Caleb and Scott seemed good on a number of passes.

Yes, they did. I really am rooting for TS. The dude has speed and wiggle and gets open.
He hasn't had good hands thus far and that will be the make or break factor as to whether or not he becomes a successful NFL WR. Jury still out on that one. I remember Davante Adams had a year early in his career where he was a butterfingers and obviously righted the ship thereafter.
Not saying Scott is that level but he can be a really good slot guy if he improves his catch %. We already know Velus isn't gonna improve there.

I thought Flus said on Rich Eisen podcast that Rome has not been ruled out from playing Sunday nigh (Not his exact words but a quick smile answer to Eisen's question on if Rome may play Sunday night - maybe I misheard).

He did say it but I doubt he dresses Sunday night. Why risk it?
