Wondering if other out-of-towners stream WSCR's pregame and postgame like I do. I've lived in MI for 27 years but am still a superfan. I used to have to (be able to) get the AM station in my truck in Ann Arbor, so I'd be out in the garage or working in the front yard and blasting the game with all the doors and windows open on the truck. Then streaming became available I don't know around 15 years ago and since them from a sports fan perspective I still feel like I live in Chicago. Love it.
I used to love Buffone and O'B until Doug left us. That was crusty & awesome. I'm not as big a fan of Krootz. He's sort of less authentically tough IMO. Today he was joking about Poles and Cunningham having sincere feelings for Colbert when they had to let him go. As if that somehow is unmanly. Get over your faux manliness dude, and understand that it doesn't have to be all business (and as a matter of fact the culture they're building for this emerging great team IS more than business). Anyway... still a great show today and loving the ramp-up to the game.
I'm not in Chicago, but I'm not really out-of-town either (distant, almost a suburb, but still surrounded by beans and corn!), but I'm watching Bears Game Day Live on channel 32 (Fox in Chicago). It's streaming on Sling if you have that.
I get the games on our local station with my trusty old roof antenna. Post game I stream CHGO Bears on YouTube.
Have you seen the latest OTA broadcast DVR? I'm taking a long hard look at this one. And for $99 (indoor HD antenna extra as well as USB3.0 external drive) it can't be beat.

That's a great value... a lot for the money. I still use an old (and discontinued) Amazon Fire TV Recast that I've had for about 6 years now. I'm riding it until it croaks. I have a rooftop antenna that brings in 44 channels. It records up to 4 channels at the same time. Storage for 150 hours of HD content. It fits well with my Fire TV Cube and YouTube TV. But it cost more than double what that Tablo costs. I'd definitely consider something like the Tablo, but not while the old Recast lives on

I believe they have a 4 channel simultaneous record one for about twice the cost.

Bear down!
I used to but Hub killed all the intensity/fun after Doug died and O'B moved down the dial. Haven't listened since.
