Interesting guy. But he is short and looks like he has short arms too (not trying to be funny here, he looks like an alligator arm guy).
LINK Jaylon Hutchings, Texas Tech, defensive lineman
One of the strongest guys in FBS football, he benches 500 pounds and squatted 700, but he’s also a very quick, nimble athlete, having been a high school running back who ran for more than 700 yards. The 6-0, 305-pounder started 33 games the past three years and earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors in 2021.

Nooooooooo!
Don't worry. We are going to graft LeBron James legs onto his shoulders. He is going to have the longest arms in the league. He can even keep his short ones. with four arms no one will be able to beat his hand (and foot) fighting. We've got you covered!
I researched his stats to calculate his Shark Pool Jumping Index, but there are no broad jump or high jump data for him. He squats 700 pounds according to Swifty's video, but I can't work that data point into my formula because it's not commonly available. So the answer to your question remains unknown.

Actually, his numbers compare pretty favorably to Andrew Billings. Billings set the Texas state HS powerlifting record at 2010 lbs (yes, over a ton!). And Hutchings bench was 500 lbs and his squat was 805 lbs.
Swifty cut a day 16 of TC video earlier today and he has done more research into the backstory behind Jaylon Hutchings. Apparently, he tore up his meniscus at the end of the 2023 Texas Tech season and was not invited to the combine, did not play in any of the postseason draft oriented bowl games and was not able to participate in any real activity until just a couple of weeks ago. I agree with what brasilbear said. Poles is churning at the bottom of the roster. But this guy could really work out.
Did Matt Eberflus hint at Chicago Bears pursuing trade for an edge rusher? ... Sweat, while a star, is arguably the only consistent pass-rushing option the Bears have aside from their blitzing linebackers.
Head coach Matt Eberflus, it seems, might be interested in changing that.
“He demands attention. That helps free up the other rushers,” Eberflus said of Sweat during an interview with CBS Sports this week. “That’s so important to be able to do that (and) to have a guy like that. When you can have two, it’s even better. And that’s something we’re searching to do here coming forward.” ...

Judon could be a quality sign + not too expensive. Now we need another IOL and we golden.

I wonder what forward means. Forward as in soon or forward as in next season
