Pre mini-camp presser. I really enjoyed listening to this. Peanut was here last night and that was a big hit with the youngsters. I absolutely love the way they are approaching the "teaching" and "growing" of the entire set of players roster-wide. He talked about identifying strengths with each player and then building on that. No more pounding square pegs into round holes. Love it.
